Matthew is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He appears in courts throughout NSW and Australia, including NCAT and other Tribunals.
Matthew prides himself on being meticulous in preparation and practice as well as examining flaws in the prosecution/plaintiff/defendants cases, in relation to criminal matters he has the ability to negotiate with the prosecution and ensure no page is left unturned in striving to deliver his clients the best possible outcome.
Regardless of the size or complexity of the matter, Matthew appreciates the anxiety and stress that follows being investigated or charged with a criminal or traffic offence, or when involved in other legal matters.
Matthew provides a variety of other legal services including preparing Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents, Wills and advice in relation to corporate and commercial matters, and can assist with any enquiry.
